Sometimes there can be an issue where you see the following error message on your Register/Self-Checkout: Unable to connect to server. Please try again or contact our employees.
This issue can be caused by the Windows Firewall, causing the Register not to be able to connect to the Cash Machine due to a blocked Port.
While the Windows Firewall is turned off on the Mini PC by default, in rare cases, we have seen that the Windows Firewall was turned on again.
You can simply fix this issue by turning off the Windows Firewall again to continue with your business.
