Before you can use the Customer Display to display your ads, you need to start setting it up in your back office. Please note: The customer display is controlled by the corporate/main account.
Customer Display General
In your Back Office, please go to Settings > Customer Display
- Enable the Customer Display
- Upload a background image. This can be 1024x750 but it depends on the screen size.
- Enable loyalty, if the loyalty program is used
- Enable signature to capture the signature on the Customer Display
- Enable tips to capture tips on this device
- Show number of Impulse Buy items. This will show the number of items displayed from the list of items in the Impulse Buy tab.
After we set up the Customer Display, we can add items to be available to purchase on the Customer Display. This feature is called Impulse Buy.
- Press on the Advertisement Tab
- Press on the "+"
- Enter the title of your Advertisement
- Select an image for this Ad
- Enter SKU you want to sell in this Ad
- Enter category of items to display this Ad
- Activate this Ad
