Press the Sync Button on your Android Register to make sure no data is lost.
- Please close your franpos app and open the Updater app. If you don't have it, please download it at https://apps.franpos.com (This applies to the franpos register only, not third party tablets)
- Press on "Check for updates"
- The app will now install a new version of the Register App
- Once it is done, you are on the most recent version and you can continue using iConnect
If you this does not work, please follow these steps:
- Sync your app. Tap and hold the franpos app and move it to the uninstall button on the top of your screen.
- Re-download and install the app through the franpos Appstore https://apps.franpos.com
- Log in to your Account with your credentials
