Android 11 / GEN 3 Franpos POS Battery optimization settings
Hello,
In this article, we will provide a solution for customers using Android 11 or above who are facing issues with local sync server connectivity.
Screenshots were taken on a Franpos Android 11 Gen 3 device. Steps may vary depending on the Android version and device manufacturer.
1) Please go to the Android settings -> Apps -> Register
2) Battery
3) Battery optimization
4) Change view to "All apps"
5) Search for Register
6) Select "Don`t optimize" option.
