This article helps you learn and understand how Astro Integration with Franpos Works -

Franpos integration : Astro supports Frequent Feeder and Offers.  

 

Frequent Feeder: is a loyalty program that tracks the number of bags a customer has purchased and rewards them with a free bag once they reach a certain threshold defined by that program.  

 

Offers: Offers are discounts that you enroll into on Astro portal. Franpos supports 3 types offers and offers get synced with Franpos every night at midnight where new offers get added and expired gets deleted. Also, we offer on demand sync from the Discount page. 

 

You can manually trigger a sync by going to Back office > Marketing > Click on 3-dot button on top right corner and click on “Sync Astro Offer”. This will queue a request and download newly created offer on-demand. You can view what was synced by going to Back office > Marketing > Click on 3-dot button and click on “Last Astro Offers Sync Result”

The 5 types of offers are following: 

 

1) Rebate - buy a qualifying product and get $ off.  

2) Buy X and get Y of the same product - buy 3 bags of dog food and get 1 for free.  

3) Buy X and get Y of any product - buy 3 bags of dog food and get 1 other product for free.  

4) Buy X and get any other Y product - buy 2 bags of dog food and get 1 treat for free. 

5) Buy X and Y product get rebate- buy 2 bags of dog food and 1 other product and get rebate.
