This works on E commerce and as well as the Register.

1. Please create a discount or verify a discount which is already created by going to Marketing - Discounts and Deals . If a new discount needs to be created please click on the Red plus and create it. Please make sure the discount limitation is set accordingly. 

2. Once the discount is created please follow the steps as per the picture below.
