Booking - Appointment (Tablet)

Note: Before using the booking, features make sure employee schedule been set up from Settings > Employees > Schedule in the back office. In this training, you will learn how to book an appointment for new customers.

  1. Booking
  2. Click ‘+’ icon
  3. Select ‘Book’
  4. Select appointment type, date, & service provider
  5. Select category & service e.g. Pre-condition – Back office: Settings > Service/Commission > Select Employee > Right-hand press 3 dots > Enable service for employee
  6. Find existing customer or add new customer by pressing ‘+’ icon
  7. Click ‘Book’ to proceed
