Booking Settings → Statuses

Important: These settings are available at the corporate level and apply to the entire store chain.

In Booking Settings, navigate to the Statuses tab to:

  • Modify the colors of appointment statuses (e.g., Green for “Service Complete”).
  • Adjust the display order of appointment statuses.
  • Define template notifications for customers based on appointment status.
  • Enable Auto Send for status-based notifications.

Note about display order: If multiple statuses have the same display order value, they will be arranged according to their original order.

How to Properly Fill Out Status Notifications

Important: These notifications consume text message credits.

  • 1 text message credit = 160 characters.
  • Special characters (such as long dashes or emojis) reduce the character limit per credit to 70.

Examples of Use for Two Statuses:

  1. In Service
"%CustomerName% will be ready for pickup in 15 minutes at %CompanyName%."

  2. Service Complete
    "%CustomerName% is ready for pickup."

By configuring these templates, store employees can send automated messages from the Register application unsing notify button. The system will automatically prefill details like Customer Name and Store Name.

Important: Always copy and paste parameters from the blue notification at the top of the status table to ensure they function correctly.

Auto Send Feature

The Auto Send toggle automatically sends a message to the customer when the appointment status changes.

Once configured, employees will see a Notify button on the appointment details page. When clicked, the system will prefill the message template, allowing employees to send it as is or customize it before sending.

How to Send Status Notifications from the Register

Once the Status Notifications are set up in Booking Settings, store employees can send notifications directly from the Register application.

Steps to Send a Notification from the Register:

  1. Open the Register App on your POS device.
  2. Go to Booking and select the relevant appointment.
