Calculate Commission on Item Price versus Discounted Item Price
In this article you will learn how to make the system calculate commission on discounted item (Product/Service) price.
Please login to my.franpos.com using your login credentials and click on Settings - Company Settings - Additional Settings and turn the toggles accordingly and save the page.
Sync the register then for the changes to be applied.
1. If the toggle "Calculate commissions on discounted Product Price" is On it will start calculating defined commission amount/percent on the discounted product price in the cart and reflects in the commission report.
2. If the toggle "Calculate commissions on discounted Service Price" is On it will start calculating defined commission amount/percent on the discounted Service price in the cart and reflects in the commission report.
