Cancel a Credit/Debit Refund Transaction
In this article you will learn how to cancel a refund ticket which is processed using a Credit/Debit card
This option is available only on Register version V 4.7.3 and above. Please update the Register version to the latest in order to avail this feature.
Conditions
- The order is from current company (not from another store)
- The order has exactly one refund transaction made with Credit/Debit payment method
- Location uses PAX as merchant provider
- A refund ticket can only be cancelled before the PAX (Credit/Debit) machine batches are closed for the day. This means the cancellation must occur on the same day the refund was processed
