Back office not working as expected / Clear cache in Chrome browser

Back office not working as expected / Clear cache in Chrome browser

If something is not working on my.franpos.com, throwing any kind of error message or not responding, please try clearing site data in your browser.

To do that, please follow these 4 simple steps:

1) Click on the settings icon next to the URL.




2) Select "Cookies and site data."



3) Click on "Manage on-device site data."



4) Delete Franpos-related data.



After that, please log in as usual and check if the issue persists. If it does, please inform us by emailing support@franpos.com and provide the steps to reproduce the error.
