DATABASE RESET ( DO NOT perform this unless advised and approved by Franpos team )
Database reset refers to the process of clearing and restoring the Register application's database to its original or default state. This process takes 20- 30 Minutes so we recommend performing before you open the store (Open Drawer) or after you close the store (Close Drawer)
If you performing Database Reset yourself and ran into issues during the process please call Franpos Support Immediately.

Before performing a database reset, it is important and required to click "Sync" twice and ensure the drawer is closed if it is already open.
Once the reset is complete, the Register application will appear as new - no tickets will be visible under the "Tickets" tab. However, you can still retrieve specific tickets by entering the ticket number and using the "Search Back Office" option.
Note - If the Employee performing Database Reset do not have access - Register will prompt for Manager Pin code.
Once the Sync button returns to its normal state, the Register is ready for use.
Do not be concerned if no tickets appear under the Tickets tab after the database reset as this is expected behavior. You can still look up any ticket by entering the ticket number and clicking "Search from Back Office.
