  • Advanced Shipping Notifications (ASNs): Information about upcoming shipments, including shipment dates, contents, and tracking details.
  • Invoices: Financial documents detailing the transactions between you and the retailers, including amounts due, payment terms, and billing information.
  • Contract Pricing: Agreed-upon pricing details for products and services, including discounts, special offers, and contractual terms.
  • Item Availability: Information about the stock levels and availability of products,.

1.2 Method of Collection

  • Data is collected directly from you by uploading this data in EDI or Excel format to the SFTP provided by Franpos, at your discretion.

2. Data Usage

2.1 Purpose of Data Usage

  • Retailer Benefit: All data collected from you is used exclusively to facilitate and enhance the business relationship between you and the retailers you do business with.
  • Advanced Shipping Notifications (ASNs): To inform retailers about what is being shipped to them against their Purchase Order (PO).
  • Contract Pricing: To update costs when prices change.
  • Item Availability: To inform retailers about item quantities available at the distributor when creating the PO.

2.2 Limitation of Use

  • Your data will not be shared with third parties outside the scope of facilitating your business with the retailers, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

3.1 Authorized Sharing

  • Data is shared only with the retailers you do business with, for the purpose of enhancing the business relationship and ensuring efficient service delivery.
