Employee Schedule

In this training, we will learn how a store manager can manage and add employee’s schedule for their store.

  1. Select Employee
  2. Set hours for employee



  3. Click ‘Save’

Optional Steps:

1. Click on "Batch Actions" button to access quick-setup shortcuts, or email schedule to employees. Note: To email all employees their schedule, make sure all employees are selected in step 1 above.


2. Replicate Schedule. 

Click on "Advanced Options" -> "Replicate Schedule." Define until which date schedule should be replicated

This will replicate the schedule displayed above until the date you define using the calendar.

For example, if you replicate the current schedule for the next 12 months, the same weekly schedule will be applied for the next 12 months.
