The list below is a checklist of items we need to complete in order to pilot in the first location, then subsequently roll out to the rest of your locations. And of course, we are here to help you every step of the way!
- Order and ship hardware
- Share basic business details (Name, contact, manager details, tax %, business hours)
- Provide excel list of products, services, discounts (OR train to manually add)
- Set access permissions
- Set employees, schedule templates, enable services/products, commissions
- Add customers (optional)
- Set reconcile reasons (optional)
- Set Booking – Retention types, resources (optional)
- Set walk in / check in app
- Send us your VAR sheet (FPN knows what this is - for your integrated cc processing)
- Complete Training (Interactive webinar. Manuals also provided: cashiers, managers etc.)
- Pilot (for 1 to 2 weeks)
- Launch all other locations
