SETUP PROCESS

Please take the time and patience to start the setup process. The entire process should not take more than 30 minutes to complete.

  • No tools will be needed.
  • Please handle all accessories and peripherals with care, they are delicate equipment.
  • You will need an electrical outlet (6 outlets will be required) if you do not have availability, you must use an extension with surge protection.
  • You will need an internet outlet from your modem or router (RJ-45 Ethernet).
  • Clean an area of your counter to start the installation.
  • Open the boxes carefully and check if the content received is the same as described above.
  • Separate each component and check its contents.
  • Please read the assembly diagram below for details.
  • Make sure you have the complete contents of accessories and peripherals, and that the installation diagram is well understood.

  • Start assembly from the POS.
  • Follow the Support Team instructions for assembly with each peripheral paying close attention to the assembly guide.
  • Do all the necessary updates and tests along with the Support Theme to ensure that all your equipment is correctly installed, configured and ready to use.
