Introduction to Your Franpos Wireless Scanner

1) What Comes with the Scanner:

  • Manual. 
  • Scanner 
  • USB-B Cable (for charging)
  • USB Dongle


2) How to Connect:

Plug the USB Dongle (item 4) into any available USB port on the back of the employee screen.

3) Registering the Scanner:

Once the USB Dongle is connected, register the scanner within the Register application.

Connect the USB-B cable to the bottom of the scanner. Ensure the cable is aligned correctly with the USB-B port on the scanner. Then, connect the USB cable to a wall charger (not included in the box). 

Important: Do not charge the scanner using the POS USB port.
