Select Booking from the left sidebar
Touch “Book”
Enter in information into the required fields –
- Select a customer
- Open the customer profile
- Can add a new pet
- View pets
- View past tickets
- View past appointments
- Add a note
- Update customer profile
- Select an appointment type
- First Visit
- New Request
- Online Booking
- Return Visit
- Walk-In
- Verify the date and time of the appointment
- Select the provider
- Select a category of grooming services
- Select the grooming service
- Select and add an Add-on service (if applicable)
- Add any order level notes
- Select SAVE to complete the grooming appointment
Select your newly created grooming appointment from the booking dashboard
Triangle appears for –
- Alerts
- Missing dates
- Incomplete waiver
- View the appointment details
- Select Notes if you need add new or create an alert
- Check-in the appointment
A pop-up will appear asking if you would like to start the service
Note that the color of the appointment will also change on the dashboard
Select the grooming appointment again after the service is complete
- Review the service details
- Add any new notes or alerts
- Notify the pet owner
- Complete the service
You can now select “Check out now” or “Add to cart”
The grooming service Is now available in the cart
- Add products to the order
- Update grooming pricing
- Add a discount
- Pay for the grooming service (Charge)
- Place the order on Hold from the tablet and pick it up on the dual screen unit
Add a Pet to the customer profile
- Select the customer
- Left sidebar > search for the customer
- Open customer profile under the grooming appointment
- Select the customer tab at top of the tablet screen
- Use the three-dot menu to open available options
- Select “Add my pets”
- Enter in a first name
- Add date of birth
- Add gender
- Complete applicable medical information like rabies date and vet information
- View the new pet under the customers profile
