Hard Restart
This article helps you learn how to perform a Hard Restart on the Ejeton Dual Screen POS
Please press and hold both the Home button (located at the bottom center of the Employee screen) and the Power button (located at the bottom right corner beneath the Employee screen) simultaneously until the system shuts down completely.
FYI -When you start pressing both buttons together, the POS will display a message saying "Power off/Restart." Please disregard this message and keep pressing both buttons until the POS turns off on its own.
Once the POS is completely off, press the power button to turn it back on.
