Hard Restart
This article helps you learn how to perform a Hard Restart on the Ejeton Dual Screen POS
Please Press and hold the home circle button ( Located at the bottom center on the Employee screen ) and the Power Button ( Located bottom Right corner underneath the employee Screen ) at the same time until the system shuts off completely .
FYI -Once you start pressing these two buttons together the POS gives you a message saying Power off/Restart - Please ignore the message and continue pressing the two buttons until the POS is Off by itself .
Once the POS is complete off - press the power button and Turn the POS On.
