How to Delete a Category and Reassign Items in Franpos
This guide will walk you through the process of deleting a category while ensuring that its items are reassigned to a different category.

NOTE: Make sure to delete Subcategories or Sub-subcategories first (start from the very bottom of category hierarchy), to avoid messing the category structure
Steps to Delete a Category and Reassign Items
- Access the Franpos Dashboard 
- Select and Delete a Category - Choose the category you want to remove.
- Click on the Delete button.
  
 
 
- Confirm the Deletion - The system will prompt you to confirm the removal of the category.
- A list of stores where the category will be removed will be displayed.
- Confirm the deletion.
