How to Reset Franpos Password?

In order to reset your password, please click on https://my.franpos.com. Once there, please click on "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address. Please click on the "Reset"-Button and you will receive a reset password email from us. Please follow the link in this email to reset your iConnect password.

 

Please note: When creating a new password, your new password has to be 8 characters long and must have at least one capital letter and one number.
