How to Reset Franpos Password?

In order to reset your password, please click on my.franpos.com/User/SignIn. Once there, please click on "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address you use for Franpos Login. Please click on the "Reset"-Button and you will receive a reset password email from us. Please follow the link in this email to reset your Franpos password.

 

Please note: When creating a new password, your new password has to be 8 characters long and must have at least one capital letter and one number.

How to Reset Password of Employee Profile.

If one of your employee is using a generic email address to log into Franpos and has forgotten their password, please follow these steps:

Go to the Employee tab.

Open the employee’s profile.

Enter a new password.

Save the changes.

Share the new password with the employee
