How to Sign Up for an Uber Direct Account and Connect it to Franpos

Step 1: Create Your Uber Direct Account

  1. Go to Uber Direct Signup Page.
  2. Click Get Started and follow the instructions to register your business.
  3. Complete the onboarding process and submit the required documents.

Step 2: Retrieve API Credentials

After your Uber Direct account is approved:

  1. Log in to the Uber Developer Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to API Credentials.
  3. Copy the following details:
    • Client ID
    • Client Secret
    • Customer ID

Step 3: Enter Credentials in Franpos

  1. Log in to your Franpos Back Office.
  2. Go to Settings > Delivery Settings > 3rd Party Delivery.
  3. Enable 3rd Party Delivery.
  4. Select Uber Direct as the provider.
  5. Paste your Client ID, Client Secret, and Customer ID in the respective fields.
  6. Click Save.

You are now ready to schedule deliveries using Uber Direct within Franpos.
