Loyalty program: Exchange points for discount
In this article, we’ll guide you through configuring the Loyalty program type "Exchange points for discount."
1) Configure Loyalty Program Type
1.1) Go to my.franpos.com → Marketing → Loyalty Program. https://my.franpos.com/LoyaltyProgram
1.2) Set the Redemption Type to "Exchange points for discount" and define other relevant settings.
2) Create Discounts
2.1) Go to Marketing → Discounts.
2.2) Create a manual discount as usual. You can find more details on creating manual discounts in this article. https://support.franpos.com/portal/en/kb/articles/set-manual-discount
2.3) Define the Point Cost field. Once this is set, the system will recognize this discount as redeemable through loyalty points.
