In this article, you will learn how to view, stop, and edited membership for customers.

Back office > Reports > Products > Rental/Membership products

View

  1. Search customer by name or membership ID at ‘Advance options’
  2. Press ‘Generate’ to view
  3. Shows customer information of the membership on the table.

Stop  

  1. Press the ‘3 Dots ‘
  2. Select ‘Stop’
  3. The pop message will appear to confirm the reason for stopping the process, once done Click ‘Save’
  4. It will show the payment of process has been stopped under status field.

Edit

  1. Press the ‘3 Dots ‘
  2. Select ‘Edit’
  3. Edit: Frequency if needed, Price, add a new card to file if necessary, and amend date for new members to happen.
  4. Click ‘Save’ if you made any changes.
