Merge Customer

Merge cannot be undone 

This article will show you how to merge a customer using 3 different ways at the back office as an administrator. 

  •  Customer 
  1. Check Box two Duplicate Customers
  2. Select Batch Actions
  3. Merge

Newest to oldest & Oldest to newest

     4. Select Newest to oldest.

     5. It will show records of the customer.

     6. Press ' Merge' to proceed.

Manual Marge

  1. Select Manual Merge option
  2. Choose any customer name you want it to merge to.
  3. Shows the record of the customer.
  4. Press' Merge' to proceed.

     5. Shows 2 customer successfully Merge.
