Partial Refund

In this training, we are going to show you how you can made partial refund of the ticket.

1. Select a ticket option in the Register app, and select the ticket that you want to refund.

2. Click on that ticket and select vertical triple dots on the top right corner.

3. Select ‘Process refund/return’.

4. Select itmes that you want to refund and tap on "Refund"

5. If you need to adjust the quantity of the item that you are going to refund, tap on the item and change the QTY field.

6. Tap on refund and select the payment method that will be used to proceed with a refund.
