Pax S300/ICR Hardware Setup
Connecting ICR #1 to PAX #1
Go into the PAX #1 Settings to find the IP Address
- Select Menu/Function+1
- Enter the password 1234, hit the GREEN enter button
- Arrow down once
- Select Communications
- Enter the password 1234, hit the GREEN enter button
- Arrow down once more
- Select LAN parameters
- Select IP ADDRESS
Match that IP ADDRESS from PAX #1 to IP ADDRESS in ICR #1 Settings
- On ICR register
- Select Settings on the left-hand side menu
- Select Devices
- Select Pin Pad Settings
- The IP address will be 192.168.0.x
- Hit the Scan Network button to get an IP ADDRESS
- Make sure to match this IP Address to IP ADDRESS from PAX
- Test connection
Connecting the Franpos Register to the PAX s300
Go into the PAX #2 Settings to find the IP Address
- Select Menu
- Enter the password 1234, hit GREEN enter button
- Arrow down once
- Select Communications
- Arrow down once more
- Select LAN parameters
- Select IP ADDRESS
Match that IP ADDRESS from PAX #2 to IP ADDRESS in ICR #2 Settings
- On ICR register
- Select Setting on the right-hand side menu items
- Select Peripheral Devices
- Select Pin Pad Settings
- IP address will be 192.168.0.x
- Hit the Refresh button to get an IP ADDRESS
- This might be the IP Address from PAX #1, that’s ok you can change it to the correct IP Address
- Make sure to match this IP Address to IP ADDRESS from PAX #2 and select "Set this IP as Static"
- Test connection
PX:none:none required to activate the integration.
