Re-install app (Android)

Press the Sync Button on your Android Register to make sure no data is lost.

  1. Please close your franpos app and open the Updater app. If you don't have it, please download it at https://apps.franpos.com (This applies to the franpos register only, not third party tablets)
  2. Press on "Check for updates"
  3. The app will now install a new version of the Register App
  4. Once it is done, you are on the most recent version and you can continue using iConnect

 

If you this does not work, please follow these steps:

  1. Sync your app. Tap and hold the franpos app and move it to the uninstall button on the top of your screen.
  2. Re-download and install the app through the franpos Appstore https://apps.franpos.com
  3. Log in to your Account with your credentials
