Refund and Warranty Policy

At Franpos, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. Below are the details of our refund and warranty policies:

Hardware Refund Policy

Full Refund

We offer a full refund for items returned in their original, unopened boxes within 30 days of purchase. The items must be in their original condition, including all packaging materials, manuals, and accessories.

Partial Refund

If the items are returned without the original packaging, or if the packaging has been opened, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the refund. The items must still be in good condition and include all original accessories and documentation.

Return Process
  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at [Customer Service Email/Phone Number] to initiate a return. Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Pack Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging (if applicable) and include all original materials.
  4. Shipping: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund Processing
  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Exceptions
  • Final Sale Items: Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. These items will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

SaaS Refund Policy

We charge for our SaaS services on the 1st of each month for that month.

  • Partial Usage: We do not offer refunds for partial usage of our SaaS services within a month. Once the month has begun, the charge is non-refundable.

Warranty Policy

Franpos Registers and Franpos Printers

We provide a 2-year warranty on all Franpos Registers and Franpos Printers. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

Other Devices

All other devices come with a standard 1-year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Process

  • Shipping Method: Warranty replacements will be shipped via ground shipping, and the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
