Refund Transaction on Gift card

In this training, you will learn how to do a refund on a gift card.

  1. Go to Ticket tab on you register & Select Ticket you want to do a refund.Gift_card_Refund_-_1.png
  2. Tab on Ticket to open, then press the 3 dots.
  3. Select make a refund for that ticket.Gift_card_refund_-_2.png
  4. Once you press refund option, Your ticket will appear on the basket plus if you have customer assigned already to that ticket it will appear too.Gift_card_Refund_-_3.png
  5. On Category Find generall find 'Gift card' or under search field type enter '001' Gift card will appear. The Gift card will appear on your basket. Scan your own Plastic Gift card if you have this way you are purchasing a gift card.
  6. Type in amount of Refund depends on how much total refund is. e.g $31.48
  7. Press 'Save'Gift_card_Refund_-_5.png
  8. As you can see money is been added to a gift card and total balance of charge is $0. Then press 'Charge' to complete the transaction. Gift_card_Refund_-_6.png
  9. Press 'Complete' to finish the order.Gift_card_refund_-_9.png
  10. The gift card will start activating with the same balance we just put for a refund.Gift_card_Refund_-_10.png
  11. Transaction complete and you can print a receipt for the customer and give away the gift card to the customer.Gift_card_Refund_-_10_001.png
