Refund without ticket

In this article, you will learn how to do a refund without a ticket. 

  1. Select the item that you want to refund

  2. Once this item is in your cart, tap on this item

  3. You will see an edit page
  4. Adjust the quantity to a negative value to refund the quantity that was purchased previously.

  5. Press Save, then Refund and finish the transaction
