Revive product or service

Revive product or service

In this article, we are going to demonstrate how to revive a deleted product or service.

To do that, please follow these steps:

1) Go to my.franpos.com -> Catalog -> Products and Services.
2) Click on "Advanced Options" -> Select status as "Deleted." If needed, you can search by SKU or Product/Service name.
3) Check the boxes next to the items that need to be revived.
4) Select "Batch Actions" -> "Revive."

If there is already an active product or service with the SKU that you are trying to revive, the system will not allow you to do so.
