Reconnecting PAX S300/A80
- Verify that the PAX has power and is on the Google/Apple Pay screen
- Grab the serial number from the back of the PAX you are trying to connect
- From the register - Settings > Devices > Pin Pad Settings
- Enter in the serial number and select “Find Terminal IP”
- Alternately select “Scan Network”
- Select hide keyboard once the device is found

- Select Test Connection
- Connection Established pop-up should appear

If you are unable to find the PAX device –
- Unplug the power cable
- Unplug and re-click in the Ethernet cables (red connector)
- Plug the device back in
- Verify while it is powering up that it DHCP’s successfully
Return to the register and attempt the connection tests once again
