Service Add-ons
In this article, we will show you how to enable and define Add-ons for Online Booking, allowing your customers to book additional services through your eCommerce platform.
1. Creating Add-ons
To create an add-on, follow the same steps as creating a regular service. However, in the Service Type field, specify that the service is an Add-on. This will prevent the add-on from being selected as the main service but will allow it to be booked as an additional service.

2. Adding Add-ons to a Service
- Open the service you want to allow add-ons for.
- Go to the Online Add-ons tab.
- Search for the created add-on by SKU.
- Define the Show on POS and Show on eCommerce toggles according to your requirements.
- Save the changes.
Once configured, the add-ons will be available for your customers as options when booking an appointment through your Online Booking page.
