You will see this error message when the carrier and/or service type is not defined for the delivery order.
- Carrier: Examples include UPS, USPS, etc.
- Service type: Examples include UPS Ground, UPS International, etc.
To define this information, please follow these steps:
1. Go to http://my.franpos.com
2. Navigate to Shipping/Delivery/Pickup Orders report. https://my.franpos.com/FutureOrdersReport
3. Search for the ticket number for which you need to print the shipping label.
4. Click on the three dots next to the item that needs to be shipped.
5. Define the carrier and service type.
Once the carrier and service type are defined, you should be able to print the shipping label without encountering the error message.
