Custom Gift Cards - Steps to Load Gift Cards/Promo Cards from your Old POS into Franpos.
In this article you will learn how to Load/import Gift Card Data from your Previous system into Franpos.
1. Login to Franpos(My.Franpos.com) using your email address and Password. Once logged in please follow the instructions in pictures below
Important - Please name the Custom Payment Method (Gift Card Based) accordingly and make a note of it, as you will need this when importing Custom Gift Cards into Franpos.
You Only need to Create this Payment Button once, and its recommended to do so before importing the Custom Gift Cards for the first time.
Important - Please open the downloaded Gift Card Excel on your computer and work on it .
Important - Please make sure you enter the same Custom Payment Method Name in "Type Column"
How to Import the Saved Custom Gift Cards File
How to Check Balance and Redeem this Custom Gift Cards on Register app and in Back Office
Back Office - You should have a Report called Gift Card in Reports Section
Register - Please make sure you are on Register V 5.3 and above to have Check Balance option for Custom Gift Cards
