Steps to replace a gift card

In order to replace a gift card, you would have to first go to your back office and find the gift card report https://my.franpos.com/GiftCardReport

Once there, enter the gift card number and click "See Report". After that, press on "Mass Credit" and select "Subtract" and enter the total amount that needs to be subtracted and press "Process". 

 

Now, we want to hand out a new gift card to the customer by selling a new gift card on the register. Select the gift card product (SKU 001), enter the correct information and value of the new gift card and select "Charge". Continue checking out by hitting the desired payment method.
