Subscription Reporting

In this article you will learn about subscription reporting –

Navigate to https://my.franpos.com > Reports > Product subscription report

 

General Tab -

- Select Date range via quick dates or calendar entry

- Select locations to view

- Enter in SKU (optional) in comma delimited format

- 410, 210, etc.

      - Add as many SKUs as necessary

- Enter in Customer (optional)

- Select Generate

Recurring subscriptions will populate with date, customer, and product details.

Customer Details Tab –

- Select Date range via quick dates or calendar entry

- Select locations to view

- Enter in SKU (optional) in comma delimited format

- 410, 210, etc.

      - Add as many SKUs as necessary

- Enter in Customer (optional)

- Select Generate

Recurring subscriptions will be grouped by customer.
