Tax exempt customer setup

In this article you will learn how to setup Tax exempt customers in Franpos.

Please follow the steps below and modify them to your situation: 

1. Create or modify existing Lead Source/Group here: Back Office >> Settings >> Lead source/groups ( https://my.franpos.com/GroupSetting )



2. Enable the toggle 'Tax exempt'
3. Assign customers to this Group. You can do it individually or through Batch Actions: 






4. Once a customer with the Tax exempt group is selected in the Register, tax will be disabled:




NOTE: This feature is not available for eCommerce at the moment. Tax will still be charged for online orders.
