Ticket - Print Customer/Merchant Receipt

In this training, you will learn how to print customer and merchant receipt from the franpos back-office.

Access the tickets page in your back office.

  1. Click on the ticket that you want to print 
  2. Select the three dots on the right-hand side
  3. Choose either customer receipt or merchant receipt
