Time Clock Settings > Departments Tab

In this training, you will learn how to add time clock department which will help you assign different employees into different departments.

  • Settings > Employee > Time Clock Settings
  1. Click on "Departments" tab
  2. Click on the "+" button to add a new department

   3. Set the name of the department

   4. Set whether the department is payable

   5. If so, specify the pay rate and overtime pay rate.

   6. Press 'Save' to proceed.
