Unsubscribe or re-subscribe customers from growth marketing

In this article, we will show you how to unsubscribe or re-subscribe customers from growth marketing campaigns.

Customers can unsubscribe by replying to the text message from the store with "STOP". The only way to subscribe again is by replying with "START". 

To unsubscribe customers from email or text campaigns, please follow these steps:

      1. Go to the Back Office: Visit my.franpos.com and navigate to the Customers page.

      2. Find the Customer: Locate the customer you want to unsubscribe using their phone number or email.

      3. Select the Customer: Click on the three dots next to the row with that customer and select one of the following options:

            - Unsubscribe from Email Campaigns

            - Unsubscribe from Text Campaigns - This action can be undone only by the customer. The customer needs to send a text message with "START" to the store phone number.

This will allow you to manage the subscription status of your customers effectively.



If you want to resubscribe your customer to emails, please follow these steps:

      1. Go to the Back Office: Visit my.franpos.com and navigate to the Customers page.

      2. Find the Customer: Locate the customer you want to resubscribe using their phone number or email, and click on their name.

      3. Resubscribe the Customer: Click on the "Click Here" hyperlink below the email or cell phone to re-subscribe the customer.



You can check unsubscribed and undelivered customers using the Unsubscribed/Undeliverable Customers on Campaigns report. https://my.franpos.com/MarketingUnsubscribedReport
