Unsubscribe or re-subscribe customers from growth marketing

In that article, we will show you how to unsubscribe or re-subscribe customers from growth marketing campaigns.

To unsubscribe customers from email or text campaigns, please follow these steps:

1) Go to the back office at my.franpos.com and go to the Customers page.

2) Find the customer to whom you want to unsubscribe using their phone number or email.

3) Click on the three dots right next to the row with that customer and select one of the options:



If you want to resubscribe your customer, please follow these steps:

1) Go to the back office at my.franpos.com and go to the Customers page.


2) Find the customer to whom you want to unsubscribe using their phone number or email, and click on his name.

3) Click on the "Click Here" hyperlink below email or cell phone to re-subscribe the customer.
