Update eCommerce Customer Password

This guide will show you how to update the eCommerce password for a customer in the back office


1. Proceed to https://my.franpos.com

2. Select the Customers tab

3. Select the customer from the list that needs updated

4. Switch to the eCommerce users tab

5. Select the 3-dot menu at right followed by Edit

6. Enter the new password for the customer

7. Save
