Verify Support Calls for Security and Authenticity

Overview

To enhance security and ensure that all support calls from Franpos are legitimate, we have introduced the "Verify Support Call" feature. This feature is available in the Register App under the "i" icon and helps confirm the authenticity of Franpos representatives.

How to Use the Verify Support Call Feature

  1. Open the Register App on your device.
  2. Tap the "i" icon in the top section of the screen.
  3. Select "Verify Support Call" from the list.
  4. The support representative will provide you with a 4-digit verification code.
  5. Enter the code into the verification prompt and tap "Verify".
  6. If the code is correct, the system will confirm the name of the employee assisting you.

Why This Feature is Important

Prevents Fraud – Ensures you are speaking with an authorized Franpos representative.
Enhances Security – Protects your business data from potential impersonators.
Provides Transparency – Displays the verified identity of the support agent.

When to Use This Feature

  • You receive a support call from Franpos and want to verify the caller’s authenticity.
  • You are asked to share sensitive business information and need to confirm the identity of the representative.
  • Any situation where you want to ensure you are speaking with a trusted Franpos employee.
