How to Zero Out Your Inventory

Steps to zero out inventory:

  1. Open the Reconcile page. https://my.franpos.com/Reconcile
  2. Add some items to the list and change the quantity (QTY) to 0.
  3. Enable the "Zero-out uncounted" toggle.
  4. Hit "Save."


Alternatively, you can zero out your inventory using the import tools.
