  1. Create Discounts for Products and Services here - https://my.franpos.com/Discount
  2. Make sure to add items that you want the product discount to apply to – category or SKU

  1. Create the membership - https://support.franpos.com/portal/en/kb/articles/membership-setup-2-creating-memberships-to-sell
  2. Add discounts created in step 1 to new membership item

  1. Save new item and sync the register
  2. Sell new membership to a customer


Membership for Dog Wash created above can be redeemed when customer returns.

  1. Add Dog Wash membership item to the cart
  2. Add customer to the ticket
  3. 100% service discount will apply automatically
  4. Customer can continue to use membership until term is expired or renewed


Membership can also be redeemed for 10% product discount

  1. Add applicable items to the cart (these were added in step 2)
  2. Add customer to the ticket
  3. 10% discount will apply automatically
