Data Reset - Reset Customer Display ADs
In this article you will learn how to do a Data Reset ( Customer Display ADs).
This
is recommended when you find Cache issues which cause duplicate
customer profiles/Customer display advertisements not showing up
correctly even when defined correctly in back office etc etc
Once the reset is completed the Register application will restart by itself. Once the application is back please wait for the sync to complete and verify.
If this does not resolve the issue the next step is doing a Database Reset . Please get confirmed with Franpos Support team prior to doing this .
