This article explains how to void a transaction in the Register Application.

Important - You can only void a transaction before selecting Finalize Payment. Once Finalize Payment is clicked, the only way to cancel the order is by processing a refund.

If you're attempting to void a credit or debit payment right now, please follow the prompts on the payment terminal.
