Making Sale (Retail)
In this training, you will learn how to make your first sale using FranPOS register.
- Select ‘product by category or typing on search field’
- Pick item
- Press ‘Charge’
- Chose payment option e.g. Cash, Credit card, Outside payment, and gift card
- Close order once completed
To add a salesperson to each sale -
1. Proceed to Settings > Features and turn on auto-assign salesperson/provider
2. From https://my.franpos.com > Settings > Company Settings > 2nd Tab > Turn on Salesperson required
