Booking alert VS POS alert
In this article, we will show you the difference between booking and POS alert.
A booking alert will show up on a booking screen with a red alert symbol.

You will be able to see the details of that alert if you click on that appointment.
A POS alert will be displayed on the Register/Checkout screen at the top of the screen.
You can click on that alert to see the details.

If you enable both toggles for the same note, it will show up on the Register screen and on the Booking screen.
Note: POS alerts will show up only for parent accounts and will not show up for child profiles.
